FREEDOM! i've been driving a little more every day this week. okay, mostly to school and back picking up Little Dude but that counts! it's quite a few miles away now. and today i drove back and forth and back and forth from home to my mother in law's to school and such. i can tell i did lots of driving today because coming home, my chest muscles let me know they were done. and it's GREAT! that's just one more thing that i don't have to bug people about now! sometimes a girl just *needs* a Coke, you know! now i can get out and about and run errands during the day. woohoo! i'm not ready to drive to Texas as much as i wish i were there this weekend! just yet but knowing i can get where i need to in town sure is nice.
ugh. medical bills. lots of them. seriously, we get something every day now! and more coming, of course. we get them for $4, $10, and other small numbers. and we have to meet the out of pocket maximum we thought we had? and then some stuff hasn't been applied yet, call the insurance, credits at the hospital or something, and blah, blah, blah. i'm so thankful that my husband is handling all of that because i would go more crazy! i'm also thankful that we have insurance! whew! this stuff is just...nuts! do any of y'all understand all this mess? and if so, HOW?!? of course, i'm not a math kind of girl so even if you sat me down and showed me every little thing i probably wouldn't get it. again, thankful that my Love handles love handles...teehee! all of that! makes us ever more thankful for God's provision!
again i need to thank y'all for all the cards, gifts, food, encouragement, and prayers. there isn't a day goes by that my eyes don't fill with happy tears of gratitude. we are so blessed by all of you!
